About the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop And Execute Financial Strategies To Support Business Growth And Tokenized Asset Management.

• Oversee Financial Planning, Risk Management And Treasury Functions, Including Crypto Assets And Fiat Operations.

• Lead Capital-Raising Efforts, Including ICO, STO And RWA Staking, And Manage Relationships With Investors And Stakeholders.

• Ensure Compliance With Global Financial Regulations, Particularly In The Crypto And Entertainment Industries.

• Manage Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, And Reporting Processes.

• Collaborate With The Executive Team To Refine Business Models And Drive Revenue Growth.

• Implement And Maintain Robust Financial Controls, Risk Assessments, And Internal Audit Procedures.

• Stay Up-To-Date With Developments In Crypto Regulations, DeFi Trends And Tokenomics Best Practices.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience As A CFO, Finance Director Or Similar Leadership Role In A Web3, Blockchain, Entertainment Or Fintech Company.

• Strong Understanding Of Tokenomics, DeFi And Crypto Asset Management.

• FExperience Raising Capital Through Traditional VC, ICO, STO Or Equity Funding.

• Knowledge Of Global Financial Compliance Regulations Related To Crypto And Securities Laws.

• Proficiency In Financial Modeling, Forecasting And Risk Assessment.

• Exceptional Leadership, Communication And Strategic Thinking Skills.

• Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or A Related Field: CFA, CPA, Or MBA Is A Plus.
