About the role:

We Are Seeking A Visionary CTO (Chief Technology Officer) To Lead Our Technical Strategy, Blockchain Architecture And Development Roadmap As We Transition From Early-Stage Funding To Full-Scale Product Launch.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Define And Implement The Overall Technology Vision And Architecture For The Tokenized Ecosystem.

  • Blockchain Development: Oversee The Smart Contract Development, Security Audits And Tokenization Strategies (ICO, STO, RWA Staking).

  • Product Development: Lead The End-To-End Design, Development, And Deployment Of Our Platform, Ensuring Scalability And Security.

  • Team Building: Recruit, Manage, And Mentor A Team Of Blockchain Engineers, Full-Stack Developers And Security Specialists.

  • Strategic Planning: Align Technology Goals With Business Objectives And Fundraising Strategies.

  • Partnerships & Compliance: Work With Legal, Compliance, And External Partners To Ensure Regulatory Adherence (SEC, MICA, etcetera).

  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support Pitching To Investors And Explaining The Technical Vision During Fundraising Rounds.


Requirements:

  • Blockchain & Smart Contracts: Experience With Solidity, Ethereum, Polygon And Layer 2 Scaling Solutions.

  • Tokenization Expertise: Knowledge Of ICO, STO, RWA Staking And DeFi / NFT Ecosystems.

  • Full-Stack Development: Proficiency In Javascript (Node.Js, React), Python, .NET, Rust Or Go.

  • Security & Compliance: Familiarity With Blockchain Security Best Practices, Smart Contract Auditing And Token Regulations.

  • Leadership Experience: Previous Experience As A CTO, VP Of Engineering Or Senior Blockchain Developer In A Startup Or Web3 Company.

  • Fundraising Support: Ability To Communicate Technical Concepts To Investors And Contribute To Securing Funding.

  • Experience With AI & Machine Learning For Content Recommendation

  • Previous Experience With Launching Successful Token Projects

  • Understanding Of IP Rights And Royalties In The Entertainment Industry
