About the role:

We Are Seeking A Head Of Fundraising To Lead Our Capital-Raising Efforts, Securing Strategic Investment From VCs, Angel Investors, Crypto Funds And Institutional Backers. This Is A Critical Role For Scaling Our Vision From Early-Stage Funding To Full-Scale Product Launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Fundraising Strategy, Including Equity, Token Sales (ICO | STO), Grants And Strategic Partnerships.

• Investor Relations: Build And Maintain Relationships With VCs, Crypto Funds, Institutional Investors, Angel Investors And Launchpads.

• Pitch Development: Craft Compelling Investment Pitches, Financial Projections, And Whitepapers To Communicate Our Value Proposition.

• Deal Structuring: Negotiate Investment Terms, Token Allocations, And Equity Agreements Aligned With Company Growth Objectives.

• Regulatory Compliance: Work Closely With Legal Teams To Ensure Compliance With STO, RWA Staking, And Securities Regulations (SEC, MICA, Etcetera).

• Partnership Development: Identify And Secure Strategic Partnerships With Exchanges, Launchpads, And Blockchain Accelerators.

• Web 3.0 & Crypto Fundraising Expertise: Leverage Tokenomics, Staking Models And DeFi Strategies To Enhance Fundraising Potential.

• Public Relations & Thought Leadership: Represent The Company At Industry Conferences, Investor Events, And Web 3.0 Networking Forums.

Requirements:

• Fundraising Experience: 5+ Years In Fundraising, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Or Blockchain Finance, With A Strong Track Record Of Securing Capital.

• Web 3.0 & Crypto Knowledge: Understanding Of Token Sales (ICO | STO), Defi Fundraising Models, DAOs And Blockchain Investment Landscapes.

• Investor Network: Established Relationships With Crypto VCs, Launchpads, Angel Investors And Institutional Backers.

• Financial Acumen: Ability To Build Financial Models, Investment Decks And Tokenomics Frameworks To Support Fundraising Efforts.

• Legal & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge Of Securities Laws, Token Regulations And Fundraising Compliance In Key Jurisdictions.

• Startup & Growth Mindset: Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Startup Environment, With A Strong Ability To Execute And Adapt.

• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability To Articulate Complex Blockchain Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Investors.
