How We Will Create A Functional Real-Estate Porfolio Worth Of € 15,000,000
One of our main objectives is to use the 247XE Fund to tokenize real-state acquisitions through RWA (Real World Assets) Staking and to connect these real-estate objects onto the 247X Ecosystem as functional Creator Centers.
Creator Centers are luxurious and functional locations where both Creators and Brands can produce and broadcast live content for their audiences.
These unique locations are also used to train and facilitate Creators to become successful with their activities and function as centralized multi-purpose hubs within the 247X Ecosystem.
You can think of frequent podcast and AMA sessions, ticketed live streamed events and productions.
By enabling RWA Staking, all 247XE token holders automatically benefit from fractional ownership including the related rewards based on the performance from staked RWA assets, in this case functional real-estate properties.
In the upcoming 5 years we plan to open and connect functional Creators Centers (owned, managed and operated by 247X) with a total valuation of € 15,000,000 in Slovakia, The Netherlands and Spain, starting in Brno (Czech Republic).

This location will be equipped with HD voyeur spy cameras so our target audience will have 24/7 access to unique live streamed content.
Each location will have its own dedicated team that will be responsible for daily operations, onboarding and facilitating regional Creators, Brands and other Partners on location.
