Community Terms & Milestone Rules

1. Scope, Purpose & Corporate Entity

These Community Terms, Milestone Giveaway Rules & Gamification Governance (“Community Terms”) govern participation in the dzply. Community Hub (/community), Community Rewards & Registration Milestones (/rewards), the 2.5% Annual Community Profit Pool & Leaderboard (/pool and /leaderboard), the Ambassador & Referral Program (/ambassador), Creator Monetization & Founding Grants (/earn), and the 5.0% Creator Equity Program (/creatorequity).

All community programs, promotional credit issuances, and milestone hardware draws are operated by Real Dapps SRO (Company ID / IČO: 07725876), with registered office at Náměstí Svobody 87/18, Brno-město, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic (“dzply.”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Community Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Fan-Creator Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Verified Account Standards

• Minimum Age: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of registration.
• Single Authentic Account Policy: Each natural person or verified SME/corporate entity may maintain only one (1) primary community account for XP accumulation, referral attribution, and milestone draw entries.
• Verified Registration Definition: A registration counts toward global Community Registration Milestones only after passing: (a) email verification, (b) automated bot, disposable-email, and proxy/VPN anomaly screening, and (c) unique device/IP deduplication.
• KYC Requirement for High-Value Rewards: Prior to the dispatch of any physical hardware prize, fiat profit-pool distribution, or equity token allocation, the recipient must complete standard Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity and residency verification.

3. Community Registration Milestones (10K – 500K) & Official Giveaway Rules

As the verified dzply. global user base scales from 10,000 to 500,000 verified registrations, six (6) sequential community reward drops are unlocked. Total scheduled prize and promotional allocation across the 10K–500K roadmap represents €49,800 in physical Apple & Sony flagship creator hardware across 30 hardware winners plus ecosystem-wide promotional AI credit drops:

• 10K Milestone (10,000 Verified Registrations): 1× Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256GB) (Est. Retail Value: €1,200; 1 Winner) + €5 Promotional AI Credit Bonus unlocked for verified early-adopter accounts.
• 25K Milestone (25,000 Verified Registrations): 1× Apple MacBook Air 15" (M3, 512GB) (Est. Retail Value: €1,600; 1 Winner) + €10 Promotional AI Credit Drop for active verified members.
• 50K Milestone (50,000 Verified Registrations): 2× Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256GB) (Est. Retail Value: €2,400; 2 Winners, 1 device per winner) + 48-Hour 2× XP Multiplier Weekend across all platform quests.
• 100K Milestone (100,000 Verified Registrations): 1× Apple MacBook Pro 16" (M3 Pro) + 2× Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256GB) (Est. Retail Value: €5,200; 3 Separate Winners) + €25 Promotional AI Credit Drop for the Top 1,000 Leaderboard contributors.

• 500K Milestone (500,000 Verified Registrations): 5× Apple MacBook Pro 16" + 5× Apple iPhone 16 Pro + 5× Sony 4K Creator Studio Kits (Est. Retail Value: €25,000; 15 Separate Winners) + Annual 2.5% Community Profit Pool Lock-In.

Official Draw Mechanics & Fulfillment Conditions:

1. Trigger & Audit Window: When the public registration counter reaches a milestone threshold, dzply. conducts a 7-day integrity audit to purge duplicate, automated, or fraudulent signups. Once the net verified count is confirmed at or above the threshold, the milestone is marked Unlocked and the draw is executed within fourteen (14) calendar days.
2. Verifiable Random Selection (CSPRNG): Hardware winners are selected using a cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (CSPRNG) from the pool of active, verified community members holding at least Level 2 status (or 1+ qualified referral). Higher community levels and verified referrals grant additional draw weight as displayed in the user’s Rewards Dashboard. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
3. Winner Notification & Claim Window: Winners are notified via their registered email address and in-app notification center, and their anonymized handle is published on /rewards and /pool. Winners must respond and complete KYC + shipping confirmation within fourteen (14) calendar days; otherwise, an alternate winner is drawn.
4. Regional Fulfillment & Customs: Prizes are shipped directly via authorized Apple/Sony retail distribution or insured courier. Where international customs, import restrictions, or local sweepstakes regulations prohibit physical hardware delivery, dzply. reserves the right to issue an official Apple Store Gift Card or verified bank/wallet settlement equal to 100% of the published Estimated Retail Value in EUR. Recipients are responsible for any personal income or local import taxes required by their country of residence.

4. Gamification, XP Progression & Level 1–10 Rewards

Community members earn Experience Points (XP) by completing verified platform actions, including daily check-ins, profile completion, publishing content, hosting live shopping streams, referring verified users, and participating in community governance:

• 10-Tier Progression: Users progress from Level 1 (Rookie – 0 XP) through Level 10 (Apex Sovereign – 25,000+ XP). Each level unlocks permanent profile badges, promotional AI Studio credits, and higher weight in the Annual Community Profit Pool.
• Anti-Farming & XP Integrity: XP has no monetary cash-out value on its own and cannot be sold, transferred, or bartered between accounts. Automated script interactions, repetitive spam posts, or wash transactions will result in XP forfeiture and account suspension.

5. Qualified Referral Milestones (1 – 100 Referrals) & Anti-Fraud Policy

Members earn escalating promotional AI credits, XP bonuses, and badge tiers across seven (7) referral milestones (1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 Qualified Referrals), alongside recurring Ambassador commission shares (/ambassador).

• Definition of a Qualified Referral: A referred user counts as a “Qualified Referral” only when they: (a) register via the referrer’s unique referral link or code, (b) verify their email address and complete initial profile onboarding, (c) originate from a unique household IP address and device fingerprint distinct from the referrer, and (d) perform at least one genuine platform engagement action within 14 days.
• Prohibited Referral Practices: Self-referrals, disposable email scripts, paid micro-task bot traffic, misleading brand bidding on search engines, or cookie-stuffing are strictly prohibited and result in immediate revocation of referral rewards and disqualification from milestone giveaways.

6. Promotional AI Credits vs. Purchased Wallet Credits

All EUR-denominated rewards issued through Community Registration Milestones, Level-Up unlocks, Referral Tiers, and the Founding 2,500 Creator Grant are issued as Promotional AI Platform Credits unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Utility Scope: Promotional AI Credits may be used across the dzply. AI Flow Studio, AI Video Studio, Voice Cloning, AI Employee Doubles, and platform boost tools.
• Non-Withdrawable Nature: Promotional AI Credits are not electronic money, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or creator escrow payouts.
• Expiration Window: Unused Promotional AI Credits expire ninety (90) days after issuance if the account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days.

7. Founding 2,500 Creator Commitment (€100 Promotional AI Grant)

The first 2,500 verified Creators and SMEs who complete full onboarding receive a €100 Promotional AI Production Grant plus 500 Bonus XP. To qualify, an applicant must: (a) complete identity verification, (b) configure a public creator or SME storefront with avatar, bio, and at least three (3) authentic media posts or product listings, and (c) link at least one active external social channel confirming creator/merchant authenticity.

8. 2.5% Annual Community Profit Pool & Country Lead Allocation

Subject to the platform reaching operational profitability and audited financial closure for the fiscal year, dzply. allocates 2.5% of Net Annual Platform Operating Profit to the Community Pool (/pool):

• 1.5% Community Leaderboard Pool: Distributed pro-rata based on verified annual XP earned during the fiscal year among the Top 1,000 active, KYC-verified community contributors who maintain an account in good standing.
• 1.0% Country Leads Pool: Allocated across appointed and verified National Country Leads who achieve their quarterly regional growth, moderation, and creator-onboarding KPIs under a separate Country Lead Charter.
• Nature of Distribution: Profit Pool distributions are discretionary performance-based community rewards, do not constitute employment wages or corporate shareholding in Real Dapps SRO, and require a minimum payout threshold of €50 plus completed tax/KYC documentation.

9. 5.0% Creator Equity Pool (247 XE Participation Units)

The 5.0% Creator Equity Pool (/creatorequity, represented by up to 50,000,000 247 XE ecosystem participation units) rewards long-term creators who achieve at least €2,500 in verified lifetime platform Gross Merchandise/Monetization Volume (GMV) or equivalent verified ambassador network volume. Allocation, 24-month vesting schedules, and regulatory eligibility are governed by the supplemental Creator Equity Program Charter and applicable EU digital asset regulations (MiCA). Participation units do not grant statutory voting rights in Real Dapps SRO unless formally converted under a regulated corporate instrument.

10. Modifications, Abuse Enforcement & Governing Law

• Program Integrity & Modifications: dzply. reserves the right to audit all XP, referral, and milestone counters in real time, disqualify accounts engaging in manipulation or abuse, and adjust milestone dates or substitute hardware models with newer-generation equivalents of equal or greater retail value (e.g., upgrading an iPhone or MacBook model upon a new Apple product release).
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Community Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union consumer and digital services regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through legal@dzply.com or submitted to the competent courts of Brno, Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
